If you create an account to access training or booking services, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

‍4. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
All prices for training and services are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled training will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3–7 days prior may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling at our discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. If a course or service is cancelled by Darren Schreck First Aid, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Services and training are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the content provided.

‍6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darren Schreck First Aid shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of our Site, services, or training. Participation in first aid training involves practical exercises; attendees accept responsibility for their own safety during participation.
